recruitment agency · Dubai

Every application

Kairos HR is a recruitment agency in Dubai that writes its own software. Every application is parsed and scored against the job description you signed off, then read by a recruiter who decides who is actually worth your time.

The software does the reading. It never does the deciding, and we will always show you which was which.

Kairos HR

01 the split

What the software does. What we do.

Every agency runs some kind of automation now and most will not tell you where it starts or stops. Here is our line, in writing.

The software

Everything that is reading and checking.

  • Parses every CV into the same shape, so a two-page one and a nine-page one are judged on the same terms.
  • Scores each application against the job description you signed off, requirement by requirement, and cites the line it scored on.
  • Books interviews against real availability and absorbs the reschedule that always happens.
  • Keeps the audit trail: who saw what, when, and on what basis they moved forward.

Our recruiters

Everything that is a judgement call.

  • Speaking to every person before their name reaches you, so we know why they want it.
  • Deciding who makes the shortlist, and writing the case for each one in plain English.
  • Telling you when a role is priced below the market or written for somebody who does not exist.
  • Running the offer, the notice period and the counter-offer conversation.
  • Signing off every rejection. Nobody is turned down by a score alone.

02 the platform

Built here. Not bought and badged.

These run without anybody asking. They exist because we were doing them by hand and got tired of it, not because a vendor sold them to us.

Intake and parsing

Applications arrive from the board, from email and from a direct approach. All three become one structured record.

Scoring, with its working shown

Each score cites the line in the CV it came from. Disagree with one and you can see exactly what it read.

Interviews you can review

Recorded answers, transcribed and marked against the same questions for everybody, so a first round does not depend on who was free that day.

Scheduling that survives contact

Interviews booked against real availability, reschedules absorbed without an email chain.

Nobody left in silence

Every applicant gets a same-day acknowledgement and an answer either way. Drafted by the machine, sent by a person.

03 how it runs

Brief to placement, in one thread.

You watch the same pipeline we do. The tag on each step says whether a machine or a person is doing the work.

  1. step 01

    The brief

An hour on a call. We leave with what the shortlist will be judged on written down and agreed, so nothing about it is a surprise later.

    Us
  2. step 02

    Sourcing

The board plus direct approach. Outreach drafts are machine written, and every message is read and sent by a person.

    Both
  3. step 03

    Read and scored

Within the hour, against the job description you signed off, with the reasoning attached to every score and visible to you.

    Machine
  4. step 04

    The shortlist

A short list, each with a written case. We speak to everyone on it before you see a single name.

  5. step 05

    Offer and start

We run the offer, the notice period and the counter-offer. Every placement carries a guarantee period.

04 the client portal

You decide. We do not decide for you.

Every client gets accounts on this platform. You see the people we escalate to you, the stage each one is at, and the invoices. Your team can have as many viewers as you like and you choose which of them can accept and reject.

Candidates arrive with a written summary, not just a CV.

Accept, reject, or ask us a question, on each person.

Anonymised until you accept, unless you ask us to turn that off.
