We work a small number of roles
An agency that has four hundred live vacancies is running an advertising business. We work fewer roles and we know the detail of each one.
The machine never gets the last word
We will tell you exactly where software touched your process, and a person signs off every answer that reaches somebody. If we ever change that, it will be on this page first.
We will tell you when we cannot fill it
A role that is priced below the market, or written for somebody who does not exist, will not get filled by trying harder. We would rather have that conversation in week one.
